Shalom Sunny is a healthcare professional with a breadth of experience in operations, marketing and product management. She has experience in managing site-wide cross-functional projects, analyzing market trends, creating product relaunch strategies and executing corporate initiatives.
Shalom is driven, creative and hard-working. She thrives in a challenging work environment. She is also a life-long student, making continuous learning and skill development a priority. Shalom is currently the lead Associate Director for Azzur Consulting, a GxP compliance and consulting organization dedicated to helping life sciences companies succeed.
Shalom’s previous work experience includes marketing experience with Edwards Life Sciences. In this role, she developed marketing collateral and re-launch strategies for heart valve therapy products and minimally invasive surgery products portfolios. Shalom has also held highly technical and leadership roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals. At Teva Pharmaceuticals, she has held positions as Maintenance Specialist, Critical Systems Operations Supervisor and Quality Assurance Analyst. In these roles, she has executed and led multiple engineering and maintenance projects focused on remediation, reliability, quality and operations.
Shalom’s long term goals include managing and contributing to the growth of her organization and development of her managerial skills. Shalom graduated from UC Irvine with her Masters of Business Administration and UCLA with her Bachelors in Chemical Engineering. While at UC Irvine, Shalom was President of Women in Business. Fun fact, she completed her Bachelors in just three years and she is originally from Singapore. In her free time, Shalom enjoys hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
